Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Subject to the terms set out below we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all goods except goods which are special orders or nutrition products, or where we have expressly advised you that there is no right to return the goods ordered (save in the event the goods are faulty) provided the goods are returned to us within 14 days of delivery to you.

If you return goods to us and request a different size or alternative product we will send it out free of charge (subject to stock availability). If you require a refund (or the replacement item is not in stock) we aim to process refunds within 2 working days of receipt of the goods. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us safely and securely and in saleable condition.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Due to the high incidence of fraud, we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt/delivery note.

If the product is faulty or wrong due to a mistake on our part then we will send out replacements free of charge and supply you with a prepaid returns label. For all goods returned please include a letter giving details along with a copy of the original receipt. Returned goods must be unused and with all appropriate packaging and labelling intact.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 which can be found at theConsumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (legislation.gov.uk).

It balances price and performance with a 500 Series OCLV Carbon frame for soaring climbs, aero geometry to cut drag, and IsoFlow for comfort. You get a Shimano Ultegra Di2 wireless drivetrain for smooth shifts, plus carbon wheels and handlebars for lightweight performance.

Trek's lightest Madone SL disc ever, new light and fast aero tube shaping paired with light-yet-economical 500 Series OCLV Carbon makes Gen 8 Trek's lightest Madone SL disc f/s ever and the ideal climbing bike. Revolutionary new full system foil aero tube shapes improve airflow over the whole bike while maintaining the lightness that climbers crave. The bike's entire rider system was meticulously designed and rigorously tested to be faster everywhere.

Trek refined its race-focused comfort tech to be lighter and have nearly double the vertical compliance so you can ride stronger for longer. The Madone SL was informed by feedback from Lidl-Trek's fastest sprinters and climbers. The Madone Gen 8 features hoods that are narrower than the drops so you can adjust your positioning to prioritise aerodynamics or power, and the two-piece design lets you quickly and easily dial in your fit. Add-on RSL aero bottles and cages were designed with Madone full system foil aero shapes to make the whole rider system even faster.
