Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Subject to the terms set out below we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all goods except goods which are special orders or nutrition products, or where we have expressly advised you that there is no right to return the goods ordered (save in the event the goods are faulty) provided the goods are returned to us within 14 days of delivery to you.

If you return goods to us and request a different size or alternative product we will send it out free of charge (subject to stock availability). If you require a refund (or the replacement item is not in stock) we aim to process refunds within 2 working days of receipt of the goods. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us safely and securely and in saleable condition.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Due to the high incidence of fraud, we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt/delivery note.

If the product is faulty or wrong due to a mistake on our part then we will send out replacements free of charge and supply you with a prepaid returns label. For all goods returned please include a letter giving details along with a copy of the original receipt. Returned goods must be unused and with all appropriate packaging and labelling intact.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 which can be found at theConsumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (legislation.gov.uk).

The Fuel EX 9 XT Di2 is a confident trail bike designed to handle nearly any terrain.

This bike features an Alpha Next Platinum aluminium frame paired with a Fox Factory suspension package (145 mm rear, 150 mm front) that handles technical trails and flow sections with ease. Shimano's wireless XT Di2 drivetrain delivers ultra-crisp shifting in a light, robust package, while 4-piston Shimano XT M8200 brakes provide the necessary modulation and stopping power for demanding situations.

The Fuel's new frame design offers ample room for long dropper posts, bigger shocks, and frame bags. All Fuel models, both carbon and alloy, include in-frame storage for stashing ride essentials, plus top tube accessory mounts for additional loading.

Starting in 2024, Trek began removing high-emission aluminium from manufacturing, replacing it with low-emission aluminium made with renewable energy. By October 2025, nearly every alloy bike made, including this one, will have made the switch, significantly reducing the footprint.
