With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Subject to the terms set out below we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all goods except goods which are special orders or nutrition products, or where we have expressly advised you that there is no right to return the goods ordered (save in the event the goods are faulty) provided the goods are returned to us within 14 days of delivery to you.

If you return goods to us and request a different size or alternative product we will send it out free of charge (subject to stock availability). If you require a refund (or the replacement item is not in stock) we aim to process refunds within 2 working days of receipt of the goods. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us safely and securely and in saleable condition.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Due to the high incidence of fraud, we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt/delivery note.

If the product is faulty or wrong due to a mistake on our part then we will send out replacements free of charge and supply you with a prepaid returns label. For all goods returned please include a letter giving details along with a copy of the original receipt. Returned goods must be unused and with all appropriate packaging and labelling intact.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 which can be found at theConsumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (legislation.gov.uk).

The bike features the quiet, smooth boost of TQ's HPR60 motor that makes long rides feel like a breeze. It comes equipped with a 2x12 Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 drivetrain for rapid-fire smooth shifts, Bontrager Aeolus RSL OCLV Carbon wheels, carbon cranks, a carbon seat post, and carbon Bontrager Aero Pro handlebars that absorb vibrations from rough roads.

The TQ harmonic pin ring motor is super efficient with an amazing range-to-weight-to-speed ratio. It is ultra-compact, whisper-quiet, and offers an unbelievably natural-feeling assist up to 25 km/h in Europe (20 mph).

The Domane+ SLR is Trek's lightest e-bike ever, weighing only approximately 11.8 kg thanks to their best and lightest 800 Series OCLV Carbon and a smart frame designed to shave weight.

An integrated 360Wh battery is hidden in the downtube and offers an impressive range of around 100 kilometers in Eco mode. Explore farther with an optional 160Wh Range Extender that gives an extended total range of around 145 kilometers in Eco mode. The Trek Connect App lets you customize your assist to extend your range even more.

Newly refined IsoSpeed soaks up fatiguing bumps and saves weight so you can ride stronger for longer. A road-specific tune, narrow Q factor, and intuitive mode change buttons on the hoods make the Domane+ SLR feel and handle like a traditional bike with the added benefits of electric.

This Domane+ SLR comes with 32 mm smooth tyres that roll fast on tarmac roads, but has clearance for up to 40 mm tyres to enjoy every road, from smooth tarmac to gravel.

The Trek Central app seamlessly connects to the Domane+ for real-time range calculations, activity tracking, and customised motor tuning. Plus, navigation and mapping features help you stay on course wherever you ride.
