With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

RETURNS POLICY

Subject to the terms set out below we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all goods except goods which are special orders or nutrition products, or where we have expressly advised you that there is no right to return the goods ordered (save in the event the goods are faulty) provided the goods are returned to us within 14 days of delivery to you.

If you return goods to us and request a different size or alternative product we will send it out free of charge (subject to stock availability). If you require a refund (or the replacement item is not in stock) we aim to process refunds within 2 working days of receipt of the goods. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us safely and securely and in saleable condition.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Due to the high incidence of fraud, we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt/delivery note.

If the product is faulty or wrong due to a mistake on our part then we will send out replacements free of charge and supply you with a prepaid returns label. For all goods returned please include a letter giving details along with a copy of the original receipt. Returned goods must be unused and with all appropriate packaging and labelling intact.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 which can be found at theConsumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (legislation.gov.uk).

Trek's Domane SLR 9 AXS Gen 5 is the highest-end endurance road bike with ultralight carbon and wireless performance.

Designed around Trek's lightest 900 Series OCLV Carbon frame, it features a SRAM RED AXS 2x12 drivetrain with an integrated power meter, Bontrager Aeolus RSL 51 wheels, and a comfortable carbon riser bar designed for all-day rides.

The Domane SLR is 2.1 lbs lighter than the previous generation's lightest build and has a frameset that is 305g lighter to climb faster, accelerate quicker, and ride stronger for longer. The no-frills carbon design keeps things efficient and simple, providing comfort and confidence with less weight. The Domane features relaxed road endurance geometry, which is slightly more upright than a purebred race bike to keep you comfortable and quick on long days in the saddle. The evolution of the Domane builds on the legacy of IsoSpeed with a ride that stays remarkably smooth while becoming lighter and more responsive.
