With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Subject to the terms set out below we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all goods except goods which are special orders or nutrition products, or where we have expressly advised you that there is no right to return the goods ordered (save in the event the goods are faulty) provided the goods are returned to us within 14 days of delivery to you.

If you return goods to us and request a different size or alternative product we will send it out free of charge (subject to stock availability). If you require a refund (or the replacement item is not in stock) we aim to process refunds within 2 working days of receipt of the goods. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us safely and securely and in saleable condition.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Due to the high incidence of fraud, we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt/delivery note.

If the product is faulty or wrong due to a mistake on our part then we will send out replacements free of charge and supply you with a prepaid returns label. For all goods returned please include a letter giving details along with a copy of the original receipt. Returned goods must be unused and with all appropriate packaging and labelling intact.

Tested on the most demanding XC courses on the planet, the Supercaliber charges ahead with hardtail efficiency and full-suspension compliance that crushes the competition.

The Supercaliber SL 9.7 GX AXS is an ultralight carbon XC mountain bike that's ready to lay down rubber on race day. Its SL OCLV Mountain Carbon frame is as light as it is meticulous, with a high modulus lay-up that gives you all the stiffness you crave, and none of the weight. XC courses get rowdier every year, so it's equipped with a 110 mm fork and 80 mm of IsoStrut rear suspension to smooth your roll without kicking pedalling efficiency to the wind. It's all topped off with a carbon cockpit and SRAM's wireless GX AXS Transmission.

Features:

  • Supercaliber’s unique frame design ditches traditional suspension hardware so there’s less weight, less maintenance and less lateral flex. IsoStrut connects the mainframe to the pivot-less seat stays to offer about 80 mm of rear wheel travel. This design offers a unique blend of efficiency, traction and fatigue-fighting compliance that keeps racers fresh and in control.
  • IsoStrut integrated suspension gives you just enough travel to stay in control. It's fully tunable like a standard rear shock, but without the weight penalty of a full suspension bike.
  • The Supercaliber SL is a lightweight OCLV Carbon frame. It features a lightweight carbon lay-up that doesn't compromise stiffness for weight, plus it features internal guides that make cable routing a breeze.
