With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Subject to the terms set out below we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all goods except goods which are special orders or nutrition products, or where we have expressly advised you that there is no right to return the goods ordered (save in the event the goods are faulty) provided the goods are returned to us within 14 days of delivery to you.

If you return goods to us and request a different size or alternative product we will send it out free of charge (subject to stock availability). If you require a refund (or the replacement item is not in stock) we aim to process refunds within 2 working days of receipt of the goods. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us safely and securely and in saleable condition.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Due to the high incidence of fraud, we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt/delivery note.

If the product is faulty or wrong due to a mistake on our part then we will send out replacements free of charge and supply you with a prepaid returns label. For all goods returned please include a letter giving details along with a copy of the original receipt. Returned goods must be unused and with all appropriate packaging and labelling intact.

Procaliber 9.5 is a race-ready carbon hardtail ready to rocket up singletrack climbs. It features IsoBow vibration-damping tech to smooth out trail chatter, paired with aggressive XC geometry that’s confident, capable, and quick.

It is all tied together with a Shimano Deore drivetrain, hydraulic disc brakes, and a 120mm RockShox Judy Gold fork. Innovative IsoBow frame technology extends Procaliber's seat stays beyond the seat tube, allowing for increased vertical compliance that smooths trail chatter while reducing frame weight.

With a slacker head tube angle than most XC bikes and longer 120 mm travel, the Procaliber Carbon's calm demeanour encourages you to put your foot down. Rather than mounting to the seat stay, the brake secures to an extension of the rear axle, allowing the seat stay to flex and damp vibrations from the trail without impacting braking consistency and modulation.

Trek's mountain-specific carbon fibre is tougher carbon, with unique materials and lay-up procedures, Trek's advanced engineering, and a higher standard of testing. Shimano Deore brings even more adventure with a wider range of gear choices for the steep stuff, the fast stuff and the fun. With smooth riding, improved chain stability and sharp shifting, Deore heightens your mountain biking confidence and control so you can focus on the trail and enjoy the ride. This bike does not come with pedals because you will have a better ride if you choose your own.
