With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
Subject to the terms set out below we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all goods except goods which are special orders or nutrition products, or where we have expressly advised you that there is no right to return the goods ordered (save in the event the goods are faulty) provided the goods are returned to us within 14 days of delivery to you.
If you return goods to us and request a different size or alternative product we will send it out free of charge (subject to stock availability). If you require a refund (or the replacement item is not in stock) we aim to process refunds within 2 working days of receipt of the goods. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us safely and securely and in saleable condition.
Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Due to the high incidence of fraud, we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt/delivery note.
If the product is faulty or wrong due to a mistake on our part then we will send out replacements free of charge and supply you with a prepaid returns label. For all goods returned please include a letter giving details along with a copy of the original receipt. Returned goods must be unused and with all appropriate packaging and labelling intact.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 which can be found at theConsumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (legislation.gov.uk).

The P ZERO Race TLR is crafted to pack all the benefits of tubeless technology into a race-ready all-rounder which outperforms all cycling clinchers that Pirelli have created before.
Pirelli designed this tubeless-ready tyre with the SmartEVO compound and TechWALL+ casing technology to provide professional riders and cycling enthusiasts with a superior product. The TechWALL+ Road technology uses multiple layers of reinforcement to provide superior puncture protection within a lightweight structure.
SpeedCORE technology uses an aramid-infused rubber layer that covers the tyre's interior to create air retention and puncture resistance without the stiffness of traditional tubeless casings. The 120 TPI casing remains supple while gaining the mechanical properties needed for reliable tubeless performance. The SmartEVO compound covers the contact patch using a three-polymer formulation developed through Pirelli's motorsport programmes and World Tour team partnerships. Each polymer addresses different performance characteristics, targeting grip in variable conditions while maintaining low rolling resistance.
The aramid particles distributed throughout the SpeedCORE layer provide puncture protection from road debris while contributing to the casing's overall mechanical strength. The tyre runs true to size on typical 19-21mm internal width rims. Production takes place at the Bollate facility in Italy.
