Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Subject to the terms set out below we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all goods except goods which are special orders or nutrition products, or where we have expressly advised you that there is no right to return the goods ordered (save in the event the goods are faulty) provided the goods are returned to us within 14 days of delivery to you.

If you return goods to us and request a different size or alternative product we will send it out free of charge (subject to stock availability). If you require a refund (or the replacement item is not in stock) we aim to process refunds within 2 working days of receipt of the goods. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us safely and securely and in saleable condition.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Due to the high incidence of fraud, we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt/delivery note.

If the product is faulty or wrong due to a mistake on our part then we will send out replacements free of charge and supply you with a prepaid returns label. For all goods returned please include a letter giving details along with a copy of the original receipt. Returned goods must be unused and with all appropriate packaging and labelling intact.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 which can be found at theConsumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (legislation.gov.uk).

The new e50 certified Maxxis Forekaster slots into the mountain line between XC options that prioritise rolling speed and gravity-focused treads which emphasise cornering and braking traction.

Maxxis envisions the new Maxxis Forekaster as the perfect companion for long, pedally rides in a variety of terrain. When an Aspen isn't enough tyre but a Minion is too much, choose the new Maxxis Forekaster for e-MTB adventures. This version is aimed squarely at modern short travel (100mm-130mm) trail bikes and the downcountry segment. Intended to be a Goldilocks tyre, it rolls faster than a Minion or even the Dissector but provides more predictable cornering, climbing, and braking traction than the Aspen or Rekon.

The 3C MaxxTerra compound is an intermediate triple compound configuration used across the Maxxis mountain tyre line. It offers more traction than 3C MaxxSpeed, yet provides better treadwear and less rolling resistance than MaxxGrip, making it ideal for trail riding in all conditions. The EXO+ puncture protection option is suitable for all-around trail riding and light weight e-bikes. This includes a durable 60 TPI casing, the legendary EXO puncture protection layer in the sidewalls, and a small butyl insert around the bead to ward off damage from rocks and roots while protecting against pinch flats.

Maxxis Tubeless Ready (TR) tyres offer better traction, lower rolling resistance, and fewer flats by eliminating the inner tube. These 6cm (2.40") sizes are optimised for rims with an internal width of 30mm-35mm. All tyres in the e50 e-MTB range pass EU regulation ECE-R75 certificate, which is a certification given to tyres that pass stringent safety regulations governed by the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe.
