Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Subject to the terms set out below we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all goods except goods which are special orders or nutrition products, or where we have expressly advised you that there is no right to return the goods ordered (save in the event the goods are faulty) provided the goods are returned to us within 14 days of delivery to you.

If you return goods to us and request a different size or alternative product we will send it out free of charge (subject to stock availability). If you require a refund (or the replacement item is not in stock) we aim to process refunds within 2 working days of receipt of the goods. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us safely and securely and in saleable condition.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Due to the high incidence of fraud, we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt/delivery note.

If the product is faulty or wrong due to a mistake on our part then we will send out replacements free of charge and supply you with a prepaid returns label. For all goods returned please include a letter giving details along with a copy of the original receipt. Returned goods must be unused and with all appropriate packaging and labelling intact.

Kiox becomes your digital training companion via the eBike Connect smartphone app.

For this purpose, Kiox records your journeys and sends the data to the online portal eBike Connect via your smartphone. The robust colour display allows you to always see your riding data at a glance while you keep the eBike under control using the separate control unit. Plan routes, navigate precisely, and maintain an overview on every ride to reach your destination even more efficiently.

Keep track of tour and fitness data and analyse your power and motor support. With brilliant colours and high brightness, the high-resolution colour display is always easy to read on every ride. These displays are compact, removable, and protected against water splash and dust, offering a stylish design for the trail, leisurely rides, or everyday journeys.

You can control the display intuitively via the control unit on the handlebars. Customise destinations or stop navigation conveniently via the Quick Menu. With the "Dynamic screen" function, you automatically receive the information that matches your current riding situation without having to manually switch between screens. While you navigate, the elevation graph for your current ride shows you which ascents and recovery phases are ahead.

Turn your Kiox into a key for your eBike; simply remove the display from the mount and stow it away to provide additional protection. To ride off, simply reinsert the display. If your eBike is equipped with Bosch eBike ABS, you can view the statistics on the display and after the ride in the eBike Flow app. With eShift, the display shows you the number of gears and the current gear, allowing you to set your desired cadence so your eBike shifts gears automatically.
