With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Subject to the terms set out below we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all goods except goods which are special orders or nutrition products, or where we have expressly advised you that there is no right to return the goods ordered (save in the event the goods are faulty) provided the goods are returned to us within 14 days of delivery to you.

If you return goods to us and request a different size or alternative product we will send it out free of charge (subject to stock availability). If you require a refund (or the replacement item is not in stock) we aim to process refunds within 2 working days of receipt of the goods. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us safely and securely and in saleable condition.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Due to the high incidence of fraud, we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt/delivery note.

If the product is faulty or wrong due to a mistake on our part then we will send out replacements free of charge and supply you with a prepaid returns label. For all goods returned please include a letter giving details along with a copy of the original receipt. Returned goods must be unused and with all appropriate packaging and labelling intact.

The Slash 9.8 GX AXS T-Type is a carbon enduro mountain bike that doesn't back down from hair-raising descents.

This carbon enduro bike is beastly on descents and nimble on climbs. It offers the traction and stability of a high-pivot suspension, and long travel for soaking up deep roots and big drops. Upgrades matter, and you will love the benefit of a wireless transmission and carbon wheels.

It is built with an OCLV Mountain Carbon frame and 170 mm high-pivot suspension for gobbling up boulders and keeping traction on-point for wall rides and punchy climbs. A 29˝ front and 27.5˝ rear wheel keep handling playful, and an upgraded RockShox suspension package holds up to anything you can throw at it. Plus, it comes equipped with a wireless SRAM GX AXS transmission that keeps shifts on-point, even under load.

The OCLV Mountain Carbon frame features high pivot suspension and an idler pulley, plus internal storage. It has 170 mm of front and rear travel with a RockShox ZEB Select+ fork with DebonAir spring and Charger 3.1 RC2 damper and RockShox Vivid Select+ shock. There are plenty of gears for punchy climbs with SRAM's wireless GX AXS transmission, a Bontrager Line Dropper, and an MX wheel set-up with 29 inch front and 27.5 inch rear carbon Bontrager Line Elite 30 Tubeless Ready wheels with Rapid Drive hub.

For riders looking for carbon performance and a cherry-picked blend of component upgrades, the Slash 9.8 GX AXS T-Type is ready to rip. It's built with 170 mm travel in the front and rear, upgraded suspension and drivetrain, plus carbon hoops, so you can climb light and descend hard.
