Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Subject to the terms set out below we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all goods except goods which are special orders or nutrition products, or where we have expressly advised you that there is no right to return the goods ordered (save in the event the goods are faulty) provided the goods are returned to us within 14 days of delivery to you.

If you return goods to us and request a different size or alternative product we will send it out free of charge (subject to stock availability). If you require a refund (or the replacement item is not in stock) we aim to process refunds within 2 working days of receipt of the goods. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us safely and securely and in saleable condition.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Due to the high incidence of fraud, we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt/delivery note.

If the product is faulty or wrong due to a mistake on our part then we will send out replacements free of charge and supply you with a prepaid returns label. For all goods returned please include a letter giving details along with a copy of the original receipt. Returned goods must be unused and with all appropriate packaging and labelling intact.

Its OCLV Mountain Carbon frame partners with a RockShox Deluxe Ultimate shock and Lyrik Ultimate fork (145 mm, 150 mm) to give you the travel you need for rowdy roots and jump lines. For smooth shifts, it is specified with a wireless X0 Eagle AXS transmission, while SRAM Maven Silver 4-piston brakes keep you stopping precisely. It is finished off with OCLV Mountain Carbon Bontrager Line Pro 30 wheels and an upgraded RockShox Reverb AXS wireless dropper post.

Only you can define your perfect trail bike; that is why Fuel is available in three adjustability-packed configurations. Get do-it-all capability with EX, go pop-happy with MX, or charge through it all with LX. The Fuel's new frame gives you loads of room for long dropper posts, bigger shocks, and frame bags.

Stash ride essentials with in-frame storage on all Fuel models (both carbon and alloy). Plus, top tube accessory mounts let you load up even more.
