Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Subject to the terms set out below we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all goods except goods which are special orders or nutrition products, or where we have expressly advised you that there is no right to return the goods ordered (save in the event the goods are faulty) provided the goods are returned to us within 14 days of delivery to you.

If you return goods to us and request a different size or alternative product we will send it out free of charge (subject to stock availability). If you require a refund (or the replacement item is not in stock) we aim to process refunds within 2 working days of receipt of the goods. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us safely and securely and in saleable condition.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Due to the high incidence of fraud, we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt/delivery note.

If the product is faulty or wrong due to a mistake on our part then we will send out replacements free of charge and supply you with a prepaid returns label. For all goods returned please include a letter giving details along with a copy of the original receipt. Returned goods must be unused and with all appropriate packaging and labelling intact.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 which can be found at theConsumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (legislation.gov.uk).

The fuel mx 9 XT is a playful trail bike made for hunting down side hits and chasing chaos. Its alpha next platinum aluminium frame it paired with a Fox factory suspension package (150 mm rear, 160 mm front) and mx wheels for a ride that's flickable and zippy. A mechanical Shimano XT 12-speed drivetrain gives you clean, reliable shifting and 4-piston XT m8200 brakes provide excellent modulation and stop-on-a-penny power.

Adapt, rip, repeat - only you can define your perfect trail bike that's why fuel is available in three adjustability-packed configurations. Get do-it-all capability with ex, go pop-happy with mx or charge through it all with lx.

Adjustable leverage rate - Want more bottom-out resistance without giving up small-bump sensitivity? Flip the chip in the lower shock mount for a more progressive leverage rate.

Zero stack integrated headset- With a zs standard headset, you've got loads of options for aftermarket upgrades, including angle adjust or anodised colours.

Storage and accessory mounts - Stash ride essentials with in-frame storage on all fuel models both carbon and alloy. Plus, top tube accessory mounts let you load up even more.

Fresh frame design - the fuel's new frame gives you loads of room for long dropper posts, bigger shocks, frame bags and more.

Active braking pivot - active braking pivot allows our engineers to tune how the suspension reacts to acceleration and braking forces independently. That means you get more confident control when you need it most
