With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Subject to the terms set out below we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all goods except goods which are special orders or nutrition products, or where we have expressly advised you that there is no right to return the goods ordered (save in the event the goods are faulty) provided the goods are returned to us within 14 days of delivery to you.

If you return goods to us and request a different size or alternative product we will send it out free of charge (subject to stock availability). If you require a refund (or the replacement item is not in stock) we aim to process refunds within 2 working days of receipt of the goods. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us safely and securely and in saleable condition.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Due to the high incidence of fraud, we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt/delivery note.

If the product is faulty or wrong due to a mistake on our part then we will send out replacements free of charge and supply you with a prepaid returns label. For all goods returned please include a letter giving details along with a copy of the original receipt. Returned goods must be unused and with all appropriate packaging and labelling intact.

The Powerfly FS 4 Gen 4 is a full-suspension electric mountain bike built for getting out there. It pairs a tough aluminium frame with 130mm front and 120mm rear RockShox suspension to smooth out the rough stuff, while a Bosch motor and powerful 800Wh battery give you the boost to explore farther and climb longer.

RIB is a one-piece battery and cover with a built-in handle that can easily be removed and re-installed in the frame with no tools and no hassle. It is the most convenient way to remove your battery for transport, security or just easier charging. The Bosch Performance Line CX sets the standard for eMTB performance with up to 85 Nm of torque and an intelligent eMTB mode with Extended Boost that automatically adjusts the amount of assist based on the terrain.

The Bosch smart system LED remote lets you easily change assist modes, activate walk mode or turn on optional lights. The bright LEDs are easy to see in any light, and show you your battery level and assist mode at a glance. The Bosch Kiox 300 is tough, compact and easy to read with a full-colour display, keeping ride data like rider power, motor output, speed and remaining range visible. The Powerfly Equipped gives you maximum utility thanks to pre-installed accessories, including a kickstand, front and rear lights, mudguards and a rear rack.

The eBike Flow app turns your ride into a personalised experience, allowing you to customise your motor's assist behaviour, track ride stats and integrate data with apps like Strava and Apple Health. Shimano CUES offers a new foundation for versatility and durability, featuring LINKGLIDE technology engineered for incredible durability while delivering smooth and decisive shifting. Starting in 2024, Trek began replacing high-emission aluminium with low-emission aluminium made with renewable energy, driving a major drop in the manufacturing footprint.
