With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Subject to the terms set out below we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all goods except goods which are special orders or nutrition products, or where we have expressly advised you that there is no right to return the goods ordered (save in the event the goods are faulty) provided the goods are returned to us within 14 days of delivery to you.

If you return goods to us and request a different size or alternative product we will send it out free of charge (subject to stock availability). If you require a refund (or the replacement item is not in stock) we aim to process refunds within 2 working days of receipt of the goods. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us safely and securely and in saleable condition.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Due to the high incidence of fraud, we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt/delivery note.

If the product is faulty or wrong due to a mistake on our part then we will send out replacements free of charge and supply you with a prepaid returns label. For all goods returned please include a letter giving details along with a copy of the original receipt. Returned goods must be unused and with all appropriate packaging and labelling intact.

This bike is designed for those who want to cruise through commutes with an e-bike that does not look, sound, or feel like an e-bike. You get quiet support that makes light work of big hills without taking you out of the element, and a midstep frame for getting on and off more easily. Weight matters for handling and storage, and this e-bike is designed to be as light as possible without compromising speed and power.

The FX+ 7 Midstep features a sleek Alpha Platinum Aluminium frame with mid-step geometry and a carbon fork. The TQ's quiet and compact HPR50 motor (50 Nm/250 W) is capable of speeds up to 25 km/h (15.5 mph in Europe), with a 360 Wh battery and built-in LED display. It uses clean shifts from a 10-speed Shimano CUES U6000 drivetrain, powerful hydraulic disc brakes, and 700c wheels with grippy 40 mm tyres. Plus, it includes all the necessary components for commuting, such as built-in front and rear lights, a kickstand, and a MIK-compatible rear rack.

The lightweight construction not only makes storage a breeze, but it also provides natural-feeling bike handling that is intuitive and smooth. The TQ's HPR50 motor is lightweight, compact, quiet, and gives you the boost you crave on steep hills. The midstep Alpha Platinum Aluminium frame keeps cables and the battery managed neatly inside.   • An optional 160 Wh range extender lets you explore up to 120 km in Eco mode.
  • A Quad Lock mount on the stem lets you securely attach your phone to the bike and provides wireless phone charging while you ride.
  • Compatible with the Trek Central app for turn-by-turn directions, a handy range calculator, and other e-bike customisation options.
  • Trek began removing high-emission aluminium from manufacturing starting in 2024, replacing it with low-emission aluminium made with renewable energy.
