Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Subject to the terms set out below we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all goods except goods which are special orders or nutrition products, or where we have expressly advised you that there is no right to return the goods ordered (save in the event the goods are faulty) provided the goods are returned to us within 14 days of delivery to you.

If you return goods to us and request a different size or alternative product we will send it out free of charge (subject to stock availability). If you require a refund (or the replacement item is not in stock) we aim to process refunds within 2 working days of receipt of the goods. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us safely and securely and in saleable condition.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Due to the high incidence of fraud, we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt/delivery note.

If the product is faulty or wrong due to a mistake on our part then we will send out replacements free of charge and supply you with a prepaid returns label. For all goods returned please include a letter giving details along with a copy of the original receipt. Returned goods must be unused and with all appropriate packaging and labelling intact.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 which can be found at theConsumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (legislation.gov.uk).

The Domane+ SLR 7 is a high-end carbon e-road bike that is super light, discreet, and quiet. Versatility is important, offering the ability to roll on everything from tarmac to gravel. The 800 Series OCLV Carbon frame includes rear IsoSpeed. The powerful 60 Nm TQ harmonic pin ring motor assists up to 25 km/h (in Europe), powered by a 360 Wh integrated battery, integrated LED display, and discreet top-mounted controls for toggling through assist modes.

The TQ HPR60 harmonic pin ring motor is impressively discreet, compact, light, whisper-quiet, and offers a powerful assist. The smart charge port, sleek integrated display, and discreet controls keep the bike looking and feeling like a traditional road bike. The stable endurance geometry partners with road-smoothing rear IsoSpeed that absorbs bumps in the road for a smoother, more comfortable ride.

The Domane+ SLR is Trek's lightest e-bike ever, thanks to their best and lightest 800 Series OCLV Carbon and a smart frame designed to shave weight. An integrated 360 Wh battery is hidden in the downtube and offers an impressive range of around 100 kilometres in Eco mode. A road-specific tune, narrow Q factor, and intuitive mode change buttons on the hoods make the Domane+ SLR feel and handle like a traditional bike with the added benefits of electric assistance.
