With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Subject to the terms set out below we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all goods except goods which are special orders or nutrition products, or where we have expressly advised you that there is no right to return the goods ordered (save in the event the goods are faulty) provided the goods are returned to us within 14 days of delivery to you.

If you return goods to us and request a different size or alternative product we will send it out free of charge (subject to stock availability). If you require a refund (or the replacement item is not in stock) we aim to process refunds within 2 working days of receipt of the goods. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us safely and securely and in saleable condition.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Due to the high incidence of fraud, we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt/delivery note.

If the product is faulty or wrong due to a mistake on our part then we will send out replacements free of charge and supply you with a prepaid returns label. For all goods returned please include a letter giving details along with a copy of the original receipt. Returned goods must be unused and with all appropriate packaging and labelling intact.

Its Bosch Active Line Plus motor provides the necessary boost for steep climbs and extended rides, while a 120 mm suspension fork maintains smooth handling over rough terrain. Upgraded components, such as wide tubeless-ready wheels and tyres and a 12-speed Shimano drivetrain, make this a trail-savvy ride capable of going anywhere.

The bike features an Alpha Gold aluminium frame with genuine mountain bike geometry and an air-sprung 120 mm fork. A reliable Bosch Active Line Plus 50 Nm drive system assists you up to speeds of 25 km/h (15.5 mph). It includes a compact Purion 200 remote with a built-in display and a 400 Wh Powertube battery. You get 12-speed Shimano Deore shifting, hydraulic disc brakes, and wide, 6.6 cm (2.6") tubeless-ready tyres that boost grip and help prevent flats.
