I bought one of these for my new bike which came fitted with it. So far I have not been able to link to my phone, simply doesn’t show up on my Bluetooth search. What am I doing wrong, is there an on/ off switch that I don’t know about

Hi Sorry for the slow reply. May be worth checking that there isnt a cover on the battery to stop it from activating before you use it. Failling this pop in whenever is convenient and we will have a look.
